12x12 came to us for a booth that could handle a four-player setup — Technics turntables, CDJ stands separated for clear sightlines, and a mixer in the middle. The brief was clear: functional, built to last, and respectful of the space.

We went with a walnut-stained finish on birch plywood. Solid Meranti wood for the CDJ stands and the decorative stick belt running across the front — the same material throughout, so nothing feels added on.

The stands are elevated and angled slightly apart. Not just an aesthetic choice — it gives each DJ their own zone without crowding the mixer.

We added detail work around the edges of the booth to open up the workspace a little. Small things that matter when you're standing behind it for four hours.
